1921 Añejo, 100% Agave (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

Translucent amber color. The nose is quite pronounced with notes of barrel aging being reminiscent of Rum and Bourbon with lesser notes of baked agave and pineapple with hints of citrus zest. The palate continues the full force barrel display with accents of baked tropical fruit and vanilla. Like many añejos, it is light on pure agave essence while generous in sweet, dense, brown spirits character.

1921 Blanco, 100% Agave Tequila (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

Crystal clear. The nose is wonderfully fragrant being both floral and fruity with generous scents of freshly baked agave, honey, jasmine, and sweet limejuice. The palate is rich and lush while crisp and vibrant offering flavors of tropical-like agave fruit with fresh limeade, sea salt, and citrus zest. Complex and perfectly balanced. We enjoy sipping this beauty straight but it is incredibly mixable. Reserve it for your freshest ingredients or perhaps in a first-rate margarita.

1921 Reposado, 100% Agave (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

Pale copper color. The nose is dense with the scents of baked tropical fruits, rich barrel notes of caramel and vanilla with hints of salt and citrus. The palate echoes the nose offering lush brown spirit notes with enough baked agave to satisfy the Tequila purists. It finishes with a round dense fruit and a healthy dose of brown spice accents.

30-30 Reposado, 100% Agave (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

Brilliant pale gold color. Wild, fragrant spicy agave fruit, with tropical notes of papaya, mango filling the nose. Peppery and untamed on the palate as the fruit notes drift toward baked apple and pineapple. Finishes with an assertive black pepper punch.

901 Silver, 100% Agave Tequila (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

Brilliant crystal clear. The nose is ultra fresh with clean agave fruit and floral aromatics with accents of mineral, jasmine, and limeade. The palate delivers a silky entry with pure baked agave dominating with supporting notes of white pepper, lime zest, fresh green olives, and sea salt. Very stylish and a bit understated in its approach making it a sophisticated sipping blanco.

Alma de Agave Añejo, 100% Agave Tequila (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

Deep copper color. The nose is very peppery showing both black pepper and green chili notes. The palate offers generous pepper flavors with accents of citrus with brown spices and oak. The finish shrugs off the big pepper notes offering a glimpse of lush, sweet agave with accents of caramel.

Alma de Agave Blanco, 100% Agave Tequila (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

Brilliant crystal clear. The nose is fresh and complex with the scents of freshly baked sweet agave taking the lead followed by hints of orange, spring flowers, and honey with hints of warm brown spices. The palate echoes the nose while being drier and spicier than expected. Nicely balanced with notes of citrus zest clinging to the finish.

Alma de Agave Reposado, 100% Agave Tequila (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

Pale golden color. The nose is quite spicy with prominent wood notes, brown baking spices, and black pepper with citrus zest. The palate shows a round core on entry that trails off soon to a subtle agave and honey finish. Fresh and clean.

Antiguo Añejo, 100% Agave (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

Bright golden color with perfect clarity. The initial nosing shows a firm dose of pickling spices. After a few minutes of airing the spices take a subtle supporting role to the sweet, baked orchard fruits and tropical fruits. The fruit core is flanked by a spicy black pepper and citrus zest attack. The flavors soon trail off leaving dry and dried fruit notes. A lovely Tequila but we prefer the Blanco and Reposado.

Antiguo Blanco, 100% Agave Tequila (Mexico); 40% abv (Mexico)

Brilliant crystal clear. The nose is fresh and delicate with soft floral notes with accents of lime, coriander, sea salt, and baked agave. The palate concurs with the nose while being much fuller and fruitier than the nose revealed. It finishes with a bright lime zest wave and a blast of white pepper. Ideally balanced with style and grace as well as hedonistic pleasures.
